We reach the historical center on foot. After a short stop to externally admire the facade of “Gesú Nuovo” church and “Santa Chiara” Monastery, we will walk along San Sebastiano street famous for being the street of musical instruments shops. Once arrived in the part of the city called Port’Alba we will stop to taste “cuzzetiello”. “Cuzzetiello” is the final part of the bread loaf, filled with meat ball dressed with ragú sauce, that is a typical Neapolitan sauce. After the tasting we will be headed to a mandolin laboratory where it will be possible to admire the artisans at work.
